Villa Nepomuky is a private house rental, not a hotel or B&B. You take the whole modern villa — open plan behind tall glass walls, green roof, garden and natural swimming pond — on a fenced plot at the forest edge of Nepomuky, near Stará Říše in the Vysočina. Days are quiet and self-catered: birdsong, walks in the woods, swimming from spring to autumn, and a granite-stone barbecue in the evening. There is no front desk and no shared rooms; the house is yours for the stay.
